Shipping policy

We offer 2 options of delivery that you can choose when finalizing your order:

  • Parcels can be picked up at Kiosk Radio in Brussels every day from 12:00 to 20:00          > free of charge.
  • Parcels can be shipped with Mondial Relay or UPS (home deliveries and delivery to your nearest pick-up point) > subject to a shipping fee.
  • We send orders every day, except Sunday and holidays.
  • Any orders placed over the weekend and holidays will start the process on the next working day.
  • When ordering from countries outside the EU, you may need to pay import tax and custom clearance according to local rules.
  • Kiosk Radio Store assumes no responsibility if the order delivery is unsuccessful as a result of the false, inaccurate or incomplete data provided by the customer. (name, address, email, or telephone number...)
  • We will not be held responsible if you or your designated recipient fail to accept delivery of the items. We will charge additional fees for redelivery if the order is returned to us.
  • Any changes you make to the delivery arrangements with the courier directly will release Kiosk Radio Store from managing, tracking, or guaranteeing the delivery, including the use of a predetermined safe place.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

  • Orders are dispatched within 72 hours on business days (not including Belgian public holidays) and shipped from our office in Brussels.
  • Please, be aware that Kiosk Radio is closed annually between December 24th and January 3rd. During this period, no orders will be available for pick-up at the radio, no shipments will be made, and client services such as tracking or problem resolution will not be available.
  • Time limits indicated in the website are estimations and may vary because of logistics reasons or other major matters.
  • Delivery is considered complete from the moment Kiosk Radio or the hired carrier company makes the product available to the user.
Estimated delivery times:
Belgium: 24- 72h
Europe: 2-4 days
Outside Europe: 3-6 days
UK: 4-6 days (the parcel may be retained at UK customs beyond Kiosk Radio Store control some extra time)
