Refund policy

RETURN CONDITIONS

  • All products may be returned within 14 days, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • To return an item, please send us an e-mail at shop@kioskradio.com 
  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted nor refunded.
  • We do not offer free returns at this time. Therefore, the cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your total refund once approved.

REFUNDS

  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
  • If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded for the returned product price only (shipping costs not included) on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
  • Shipping rates specified here above will be deducted from the refunded amount, except if your product is faulty, or you received a different product from what you ordered.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

  • In accordance with EU regulations, you have the right to withdraw within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the date and time of purchase. 
  • To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform Kiosk Radio asbl:

- by e-mail at shop@kioskradio.com

- OR by using our online withdrawal function

  • If you withdraw, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from us, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision. 
  • We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction.
  • You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal to us.
  • You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. 

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

  • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at shop@kioskradio.com if the item is defective, or damaged or if you received the wrong item. Pictures are welcome and speed up the process.
  • In this case, returns are free of charge.

EXCHANGES

  • If you've chosen the pick-up option for delivery, we do offer a free exchange service. The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please send us an email at shop@kioskradio.com
  • If you've chosen the shipping option for delivery, unfortunately, we do not offer a free exchange service. Please send us an e-mail at shop@kioskradio.com 


SALE ITEMS

  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges on sale items.
